Regular check ups from our dental hygienist in Papamoa are the best way to ensure a healthy mouth but there are lots of other preventative measures. We love chatting about these.

Diet: 
Try to minimise the intake of sugars and acids, particularly from sugary drinks. Less sugar and acid equals less tooth decay.

Home care:
Twice daily brushing with fluoride toothpaste and at least once daily flossing or interdental brushing  helps prevent the two main causes of tooth loss: tooth decay and gum disease.

How to UseFor best results:
  • Slowly dissolve 1 lozenge in the mouth daily
  • Take ideally after brushing or using mouthwash
