Diet:
Try to minimise the intake of sugars and acids, particularly from sugary drinks. Less sugar and acid equals less tooth decay.
Home care:
Twice daily brushing with fluoride toothpaste and at least once daily flossing or interdental brushing helps prevent the two main causes of tooth loss: tooth decay and gum disease.
